Nick Baikie grew up in the rainy north west. He moved to the slightly less inhospitable Edinburgh when he was 20, but still
visits Arnisdale now and again. He became interested in poetry in 1997 when he met Keith Marshall and together they joined
Fountainbridge Writers Group – where they are now both considered ‘core members’. Mainly Nick writes short stories, but
along with Baseball and movies - his other two favourite activities - he is trying to write a novel.
